Nous recherchons un·e miniamaker dont la mission première est la performance, pas uniquement le design.
Missions principales :
- Veille permanente et benchmarking des chaînes performantes de la niche. Analyse des tendances visuelles et des stratégies de miniatures qui surperforment. Mise en place et pilotage de tests A/B pour optimiser les taux de clic en continu. Création de miniatures percutantes, avec les outils de son choix (Photoshop, IA générative, ou autre).
- Profil recherché
- Esprit analytique avant tout, avec un œil graphique solide. Capacité à défendre des choix créatifs par la data. Autonome et force de proposition. Une expérience sur des chaînes YouTube avec des résultats mesurables est un plus.
Modalités :
Remote ou présentiel (Paris). Candidature accompagnée d'un portfolio et d'exemples de miniatures ayant performé, avec contexte et résultats.
